The staff is divided into 2 groups: specialist and receptionist.
First, we'll look at a specialist.
Specialist
You need to fill in the required fields: name, phone number, address, e-mail, work experience, work schedule and what color this specialist will be displayed in the log.
You can assign to a specialist a percentage of a service or a fixed amount, as well as a markup for a service - this field is filled in if your specialist has more experience than others.
It is also possible to assign a percentage of product sales. This encourages your employees to sell more products to customers.
In the system, you can assign a work schedule by days of the week or by months. On days of the week, it is important if your employees work on a flexible schedule. For example, your employee works 4 days in the first week of the month, and 5 days in the second week. This can be easily adjusted using this function.
Receptionist
Here you also fill in all the required fields. You can assign for receptionist: fixed salary,% of cash,% of goods and a combination of these types of salaries.
Archive
You can deactivate a specialist if he goes on vacation / maternity leave / sick leave. It will automatically go to the archive.
Then when it returns, you can activate it again.
