Recordings
When you open this section, you will see three tabs: Appointments, All schedule, For a month. They are the same in function, the difference is in visual display and in detail. In all tabs, you can create, cancel and complete entries.
Recordings Tab
In the Recordings tab, you will see a general schedule of all recordings. The recording interval is set here - 15 minutes. You can change the interval in the setting - 15 min, 30 min, 1 hour, 2 hours.
All Schedule Tab
In the All Schedule tab you can make an appointment directly to a specific specialist.
Monthly tab
The Per Month tab displays the number of entries per day within a month. Convenient for general control and accounting.
Also available are the quick buttons Add ENTRY, CONSUMPTION, PRODUCT, SALE. Created for convenience, so as not to navigate through the tabs if you urgently need, for example, to add a sale.
A convenient function for a detailed view of the records that were made during the month.
Click on the day you are interested in and view the important details of the entries.

In the upper right corner, there are functions for adding an Appointment,
Expenses, Product and Sale.
Multiple Entry Function
The system can add multiple entries at a time. The function is designed to reduce the time for mechanical and routine actions.
When creating a record, there is a "Multiple Record" button at the bottom. In the window that opens, select a client, a specialist and fill in the rest of the fields. It is very convenient when a client wants to sign up for several services at a time or several clients want to sign up for one master.
Complete entry
At the completion of an entry, the receptionist can add: purchased goods, discounts, the ability to calculate only service, comments.
Return
A refund in the system implies the cancellation of the entry and a refund to the client. In the service sector, there are different situations where you have to make a return.
It is mandatory to fill in the "Reason for return" field for analysis and reports.
It is very important not to be confused with the "Undo" function - it is to cancel the recording before it starts. In case the client changes his mind or cannot come for some reason.
And the "Refund" function is for completed records.
